Shipping
-Orders with "paid" status are sent within 48 hours. If you pay with a credit card for your first purchase, your payment may be pending verification. Credit card information verification may take 4 to 9 days before the order is put in "paid" to follow the normal shipping process.
-We have 2 order points, one in Vancouver, BC and another in Cambridge, ON. So whenever possible if inventory allows, we ship from as close as possible to the buyer to minimize shipping costs and delays.
Payment
We currently only accept two payment methods.
1- Credit Card (verification required for first-time purchases)
You can use any Visa or Mastercard.
2- Interac (no verification required)
Select the Interac tab during checkout and you'll see the information on where to send the funds.
